These Regent Slider Jarts appear to have never been used. Rings, Jarts, and instructions are tucked in as new. The metal weights have minor corrosion from storage, although the tips are clean and bright from being stored in the mounting holes in the box. There is minor dirt from long time storage - I have not cleaned anything. Small tear in box as shown. Original $3.96 price tag on box. Price includes postage. Thanks for looking
