"RECORDING BRITAIN"  Volumes 1, 2, &3.  Edited with notes by Arnold Palmer.  Hardcovers, 1946, 1947, & 1948 printings respectively and published by Oxford University Press in association with The Pilgrim Trust.  Topographical water-color illustrations (in both black & white and color) of places and buildings, landscapes of major cities and regions of characteristic UK interest, includes those exposed to the danger of destruction by the operations of war.  Many artists represented including John Piper, Barbara Jones and S.R. Badmin.......  These are fully sound/intact copies with average e xterior wear.  Clean & unmarked inside with some minor yellowing consistent with age.
