Condition: Estate. New, unwashed fabric.

Please remember that the actual colors of these gorgeous fabrics can be a little different than the colors reproduced on your monitor. We know you will not be disappointed with these fabrics. Many of these may have cuts on the ends. I only measure to the uncut portion, so some pieces may have additional yardage.
