You are bidding in a fixed price auction for individual Good or Better Indian Head Pennies.  I have 1000 of these, please bid on 1 to 1000.  There are a wide varity of dates, with most from 1890 to 1909.  These are all circulated coins, better than most average circulated, and all being at least full good, many very good and some fines, with few if any problems.  Full price offers will receive better quality coins, best offers that are significantly lower than our asking price may receive slightly lower quality coins. 

This is a fixed price auction, and these coins are competitively priced, but we will entertain best offers for 10+ coin orders. 

Shipping is $2.00 for the first coin and 5 cents for each additional coin.   Please check out our other auctions for other deals and shipping discounts. I accept Paypal, check, or money order.  Insurance is an additional $1.35 per $50 and is optional.

Summary of My Selling Policies:  Please read these policies before bidding.  We have over 35,000 positive feedbacks and the vast majority of our customers are satisfied. Almost all problems that we have had are due to poor communication, or misunderstanding of auction terms. I encourage you to ask questions and read these policies and the auction descriptions before you bid .

Payment  We accept Paypal or check or money order. We accept credit cards, but only through Paypal (we do not have a merchant account) We will hold large checks for clearing before we ship. Please do not send cash unless sent by certified mail that requires signature confirmation, and please make sure that you use a return address and clearly indicate the item won as we have no means of contacting you if you send cash without identification.

Fees.  Shipping and handling fees are listed in the auction. We will combine shipping for multiple orders and we will reduce shipping in some cases for larger orders. Our shipping charges posted in our auctions are geared toward the smaller customer, and if you are buying a large quanitity, you may overpay for shipping, which we will work with you to reduce in certain circumstances. A 10% restocking fee will be applied on returns which will be waived at our discretion.

Shipping.  We ship all items several times a week.  We ship all packages worldwide unless otherwise noted in the auction. International shipping rates should be posted on the auction listing, please email us if you have any questions. We only ship via USPS. We will use Priority mail on packages over 13oz; for packages less than 13oz we use first class mail. We can use Express Mail but will require a surcharge. We put delivery confirmation on every package regardless of the weight. Insurance is handled through a private insurance company (DSI). (Please do not assume that we sent the package uninsured because you do not see USPS postal insurance on the package) Most packages will be insured per the auction listing with no additional cost to you.

Delivery. Typically you should have your auction within a week of ordering. Occassionally there will be a delay in shipping, especially if you make a special request from us. All orders are shipped USPS with delivery confirmation. Orders that are more than $250 will receive signature confirmation as well. If you pay by Paypal we must keep signature confirmation on the order, we can only waive it if you pay by check or money order. Echecks are the same as regular checks, we will ship as soon as they clear.

Refunds & Returns We accept items for return within 30 days of receipt by you. Shipping charges are your responsibility and we have the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all returns, which we will waive at our discretion.  This is normally not charged on smaller (under $100) items.   We attempt to make as good of a representation of the grade of the coins in the auction as possible based on the wording in the auction listing. Often, the coin shown in the picture is an example of the type of coin and/or grade, and may or may not be actually available in the auction. While the vast majority of customers agree with our grade, you may be someone that doesn't. It's ok! We respect your opinion and want to make sure that you are happy. If you're not, you can return coins for a refund or exchange the coins for no charge. You are responsible for return shipping, but we will pay to reship the coins back to you. However, if you leave negative feedback for us you void your return privledge. (We will work with you if you work with us!) The restocking fee is charged because of problems we have had with people buying large lots of coins and then searching through them to pick out rare dates or especially good condition coins and then attempting to return the rest. As a result, if you do return less than half of an order, we will not charge a restocking fee (shipping is not refundable). Also, if it is clear that we shipped you the wrong item (such as you ordered Peace Dollars and you got Wheat Pennies) then we will not charge a restocking fee (and we will reimburse you for postage)

Communication is key to a successful transaction and Ebay experience. I encourage you to ask any questions you might have before you bid as possible, and during the process. The best way to reach us is through email. If you have a question about shipping, this is the only way you should contact us as all of the records are stored in our database on our computer. The phone number listed on Ebay and Paypal is my cell phone number and frequently I am away from my computer. We are online throughout most of the day and night and quickly answer questions, often within minutes. If you are not getting a response to your question, it could be that your email program is blocking our email address or that the email address you have on file with Ebay is out of date. Frustrations occur both on your end and ours when you are asking questions and seemingly not getting a response, and we are repeating the same answers over and over again and they are not going through.
