Purchaser acknowledges that they are 18 years of age or older. Purchaser also takes full responsibility of any accidents, mishaps that could cause you or anyone allowed to use, ride or otherwise occupy said ATV/Scooter. And in no way hold the seller or any of its agent liable for any damages, injuries or even death. The purchaser agrees to all of these terms and conditions and accepts them by purchasing said unit.

Please note, the 30 day manufacturers warranty applies to replacement of defective parts only and does not apply to damaged body parts from shipping. Parts in need of replacement during the warranty period will be provided free of charge, only S/H will be charged to the customer.
 Parts are easily replaced on these units.
