By bidding on or buying this item, you acknowledge all terms and conditions as follows, noting that all non-paying bidders / buyers will receive negative feedback and will be reported: 

Shipping Policy:

Insurance is included in your shipping costs. No refunds on shipping under any circumstances.

Orders will be processed within 1-5 business days. Items in stock will then leave our warehouse (usually via FedEx Ground). Orders received on weekends and national holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow 7-10 business days for receipt of your order after it has been shipped.

Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground, though occasionally we may use USPS Priority Mail or another carrier at our discretion. Shipping charges shown are for shipping within the 48 contiguous United States only.

For orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us to find out the extra shipping cost.  Your order will not be shipped until all additional shipping charges have been paid for.

We do not ship outside the United States.  We do not ship to Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses:

Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Under certain circumstances, we may be able to ship to APO/FPO addresses. If you need a product shipped to such a location, you will first need to send us an email to verify that the item(s) you wish to order can be shipped to your APO/FPO address.

VISA / MASTERCARD / DISCOVER / AMEX / Debit Payments:

If you do not have a PayPal or Google Checkout account and/or you wish to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or Debit Card), tell us your email address, and we will email you a Payment Button that you can use to make your payment.  If you have any problems, please contact us.  We are glad to be of assistance.

Merchandise Exchange Policy:

All sales final. No refunds. If upon receipt item is defective you may exchange your item for the same item, provided the item is in its original packaging. You must notify us via email within 5 days of receipt and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from us. No merchandise return for exchange will be accepted without prior authorization from E.S. Buys, Inc. and a valid RMA number.

When shipping returns it is required that you send your item(s) postage prepaid via a carrier that provides a tracking number, proof of delivery, and insurance for your protection at your own expense. If the item is found to be defective, E.S. Buys, Inc. reserves the right to either repair or replace the defective product for the same item free of charge, provided the product is returned within the product exchange period and all original packaging is included with the original return. E.S. Buys, Inc. reserves the right to arrange for repair of a large, bulky defective item near your location.  We pay to ship the replacement item. If none available we will refund purchase price minus shipping cost. No refunds on shipping under any circumstances.
