Warranty

we do our best to ensure that all merchandise sold to our customers is in excellent working condition. Therefore,    items purchased through us are protected through a 30-Day DOA warranty. An item that is DOA (Dead On Arrival) is not in working condition upon its receipt. If you believe your purchase is DOA, please notify us within five business days and we will work to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, out warranty does NOT cover physical damage.

Returns

Unfortunately, we will only accept returns on items that are malfunctioning or DOA. If the buyer requests an exchange, we ask that the item is returned in its original packaging. The buyer will receive a working replacement of the item purchased.
