It is about 8 1/2 x 11 inches and 17 pages of fun patterns and information for the roses pattern on the front. There is also a cup insert, a placemat, picture frame and another tissue box cover on the back. This is a softcover booklet and it contains instructions for the items shown.

This booklet is in good condition, and does not smell of smoke or perfume. It is not musty. It is not a new booklet, but has a 1995 copyright date.
