He was educated at the University of Florida. He was
Special Assistant, American Ministry to Australia, representing
U.S. on the Allied Political Warfare Council 1942-1943. He
was attached to the O.W.I. in Istanbul 1943-1944 and to the U.N.
Mission in Korea 1952-1953.
He contributed both in the science fiction field as well as
other novels.
