Event Series Cages Framing Hexagon
Event Series Hexagon 20' Cage
The patent pending Throwdown Framing System (TFS) features heavy gauge steel outer-framing constructed with 3" x 3" vertical posts, 8" x 8" - 1/4" base plates, and our new beefed-up 2" x 10" outer truss.

The sub-framing consists of a center stage with cross supports extending to the trusses. The framing is tied together with steel brackets which are laser cut and precision welded. On top of the sub-framing, rests another lighter steel sub-floor with CNC cut 3/4" smooth sanded plywood already attached giving your floor more durability.

The flooring is held in place by plasma cut jog brackets allowing for a fast and easy set-up. All steel framing pieces are sand blasted and powder coated to provide superior corrosion resistance.

Chain-link
We use the heaviest gauge chain-link that is commercially available with a vinyl coating that is baked on to ensure your protective finish doesn't peel off if cut.

Frame Padding
All cage panel framing is padded with a 3/4" closed-cell polymer pad and then wrapped with black heavy-weight vinyl that is secured with 2" wide hook & loop straps.

Cross-link Foam Floor Padding
Your cage comes with 1 3/8" cross-link foam flooring. The mat is composed of closed-cell polyethylene foam designed to reform its original thickness after compression

Cage Access Door
The Throwdown Framing System (TFS) features a meticulously engineered gate that offers maximum strength against collision and yet still has smooth operation for easy access into the cage.

We utilize bronze thrust bearings composed of Oilite (a porous material, impregnated with 18% SAE 30 oil, making for a virtually maintenance free bearing and adds resistance to shock load). The bronze thrust bearings are connected with zinc-plated stainless steel clevis pins.

Your quick-release gate pin is composed of a black aluminum handle, an anodized aluminum button, and a hardened stainless steel shank and spindle. The double shear strength of the gate pin is rated at 36,800 lbs. of pressure. This gives you the sense of security you need knowing that your cage door will stay closed when impacted by athletes.

Corner Bumper Pads
Extra wide corner bumper pads (Approved by the California, Nevada, Florida, Texas and New Jersey State Athletic Commissions) are provided to protect the athletes while still providing maximum viewing for your audience. Great for advertising and sponsorship logos!

Heavy Gauge All-Steel Stairs
The stairs are constructed of steel and attach directly to your cage, making sure they do not move while the athlete enters the cage.

Vinyl Skirting
Your cage is completed with a heavy vinyl skirt.
