Here we have a really great instructional cd-rom entitled Advanced Photoshop 6 with Bruce Heavin and Joe Maller by Lynda.com. This cd-rom is still sealed in the original shrink wrap and has never been opened, however there is a hole in the back of the case where it was apparently poked with something through the spindel that holds the cd in place.
