Lovely Framed Bird Picture with wooden frame, glass window, created with exotic bird feathers on an olive grteen masonite background, measures 13" long by 5-1/2" wide with glass front and wooden frame. The top part of the bird is shaped with soft black and purple feathers with an imitation eye, the beak is a piece of the base or "spine" part of a feather, the tail is a long, beautiful single feather in various shades of green and black. A small sprig of dried wheat-like grass seems to be the bird's claws, or a perch for the bird.
The wooden frame has a small nick/chip on one side edge, 1" chip on bottom inside edge, one bottom corner joint/seam is chipped, 2" crack on bottom inside edge and 2" crack on the bottom. The picture itself is in excellent condition.
