This is the Lido Plastics Red Cloud Indian Chief set. These were made about the same time as the Hartlands and were a copy of Hartland. They are made of a different plastic and have some slight differences in the molds.

Red Cloud has his spear and headdress. He has war paint on his chest and face. His spear has a slight bend in the tip.

His horse has some light scuffs, but no chips.
