International shipping (All Other Countries) you have the choice on all orders between:

1.     First Class shipping cost of $6.00 with each additional Item costing $3.00.   We will now add the customs form to all packages (This will allow you to find out when it gets in country). This includes the cost for the mailing material e.g. Envelope, Box and/or bubble wrap.

2.     Flat Rate Priority Post Shipping with customs form number that when calling USPS or going to http://www.usps.com/ they can tell you if your package has reached your customs service in country. Flat Rate Fee is 12.95 (for the box that fits 3 DVD cases.)

We now provide the two options due to 2 packages going astray, one due to a wrong address and the other due to customs issues with receiving country.

We ship most items usually within 24-48 hours after payment has cleared.  

In the rare occurrence that the DVD is damaged, defective, or does not completely function, the DVD will be replaced once, free of charge. Please contact us.

  OUR RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.  We replace damaged or defective discs, but we do not give refunds.  We only give free DVD credits towards our products, with no obligation to return unwanted discs.  We do not give refunds due to player compatibility problems.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY & DISCLAIMER

In the rare occurrence that a disc is defective or does not completely function, we will replace it free of charge.  We are not responsible for player incompatibility issues.  Your player may not be compatible with the latest disc formats, particularly if you have an early model player.  If you suspect that you might have an issue, please provide us with your player's brand/model details, and we will look into this for you.

We do not carry snuff, bestiality films, child porn (including, but not limited to underage actors in adult films) or otherwise banned or illegal material.  Do not ask about these types of films, we do not offer them or know of anyone who does.

Please remember many countries have strict laws regarding the import of adult, horror, and exploitation videos.  We will ship any title you order but we will not be held responsible if your customs department confiscates these DVD’s.  Please know customs policies before ordering, for we do not offer refunds for confiscated materials never received.
