This is an Original Appalachian Artworks CABBAGE PATCH DOLL by Xavier Roberts. It was one of two Limited Edition Christmas dolls made in 1988 and available for "adoption" ONLY at Babyland General Hospital in Cleveland, Georgia. Kane is an adorable little boy elf, #21 of 2000. His original "adoption fee" was 265. and I do have the appropriate "Adoption Certificate." I also have other Limited Edition Original CP Dolls. The Shipping Calculator does not include fees for Delivery Confirmation, or any other postal fees (such as non-machinable, etc) that may be added at the Post Office.  For this reason I include a small 'Handling Charge' to cover these and other extra fees.  On some packages, the weight calculation on my scale may differ from the 'official' Post Office scale - if there is a significant difference, I will refund the excess. 

I work with, and share a car with my husband, so I cannot get to the Post Office daily.  I usually make the trip once or twice a week - if you need the item for a specific date, please let me know, and I will make every effort to get it to you on time. The 'Handling Time' shown below is the longest estimate - normal handling time is shorter.
