payment is made using echeck via paypal the item will not be
shipped until the echeck clears. Money orders in excess of $500.00
will require an additional 72 hour hold before the item is
shipped.

payment is not received or arranged within seven (7) days and a
Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the final value
fees from the auction. If you wish to combine multiple auctions for
shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first auction

Unless
stated all sales are final and

if a return or exchange is available for an item this will
be noted in the auction description. Upon receiving the item if it
is defective and a return or exchange is allowed contact us before
14 days of auction close at
to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. In most cases will will attempt to replace the item
with an item of equal functionality. In the event that a suitable
replacement is not available, a refund (including shipping) will be
issued in the form of the original payment method or a company
check/money order. Specific terms are:
* For
replacement, merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt
and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
* Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or
intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon
receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
* Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the
full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
* Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be
accepted.
* Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations
products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date.
* Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
* A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
* Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
* All defective products will be replaced within the
appropriate warranty period.
Return Procedures
Please send an email to
to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any
losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the
original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying
the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen
(14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not
displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA
number will not be accepted.

Domestic shipments travel via USPS or FedEx Ground/Home
Delivery service. Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer, and
will be added to the invoice during checkout or calculated at close
of auction.
* A
tracking number will be emailed to you after the order has shipped.
The shipping method will be determined by the item purchased and
your location.
* In some cases you may use your own shipping account with
FedEx, UPS or DHL. An additional service fee however will apply of
$5.00
per item.
* Shipping insurance is not mandatory but suggested as any
damage as a result of carrier will not be our responsibility if
insurance was not accepted.
* Payment must be received within one week of the auction
close. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction and re list
the item if payment has not been received within 7 days.
* Please allow up to 3 business days after payment is
received for your order to be processed before shipping.
* Shipping combinations are not allowed on all items as we
sometimes ship from multiply locations.
* In order to combine shipments for savings you will need to
contact us at close of auction and mention you want to consolidate
shipments.
International, Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO
addresses, Puerto Rico or Virgin Islands shipments may be subject
to an additional handling fee which will be added on at close of
auction. Allow an additional 24 hours for processing of
international orders. Some destinations do not offer or charge an
additional fee for tracking service. If you require tracking
service please let us know and we can advise if an additional fee
is required.

not returned in accordance with return policy. At all times we will

responsible for any inaccuracy or inconsistency that may appear as
a result of information received from manufactures or third
parties. Unless otherwise stated only the items mention in the
auction will be shipped, internal power items such as batteries etc
may not be included or may be DOA on arrival. Testing of items is
limited to power them on, no functionality etc is tested. Because
we sell closeouts and storage units we cannot verify beyond a
visual inspection or item power up to working or functional aspects
of any items. We sometimes rely on manufactures and third parties
for images, diagrams etc to display the item, in some instances the
image shown may not be the exact item or the casing shown may not
be intact. In such cases we will attempt to mention this but cannot
be held liable if this is not done. Your recourse as a buyer is to
request a return based on inaccurate description.
