Cover and strap must be the same color.   Color choices are from any of our Standard Vinyls.  Cover wraps around seat pan and staples to bottom just like the OEM cover. 

Buyer MUST provide color choice when sending payment. If your color choice is not with your payment, your order will be delayed. Please provide the color choices in the notes section of paypal or via e-mail for the following: Rear Seat and Strap

EXCHANGES ONLY.  CANCELLATIONS OR RETURN FOR REFUND ARE NOT
AUTHORIZED.

There is a $20 restocking fee on all exchanges.

You must first contact us via E-mail at admin@customseatcreations.com for an Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) #.  

Please note, if we made the item correctly to your specified color requests, then the item is not exchangeable.  Another cover will have to be purchased.

All claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 3 calendar days of receipt of merchandise.

All items must be UNINSTALLED, IN ORIGINAL CONDITION received in order to exchange an item.

PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7 CALENDAR DAYS

INTERNATIONAL WINNERS: Buyers are responsible for any import or customs taxes their country may assess. 

This fee is not included in the purchase price of your item.  

You are importing merchandise into your country.  All items are sent with their value stated.  

Multiple orders will be shipped together whenever possible.

  All items are made to order and shipped within 14-business days of a cleared payment and color choices. If your colors are backordered, we will notify you as soon as they are available for shipping. There may be a delay in your expected shipment date. Business days are M-Thur, excluding weekends and holidays. We do combine shipping on multiple items if needed. If we are on Holiday, your order may be delayed.
