In an episode from the first season, host JACK JONES sings
with sexy French singer SYLVIE VARTAN (mother of MICHAEL VARTAN,
star of the hit TV series ALIAS!). Guests include SOUPY SALES, who
sings his hit single "The Mouse," ROSEY GRIER, who sings "On
Broadway," LITTLE ANTHONY & THE IMPERIALS, who sing "Hurts So
Bad," THE DETERGENTS, who sing a terrible spoof song about James
Bond, MARY WELLS and THE SERENDIPITY SINGERS.
In a episode from the second season, host GARY LEWIS sings
the US Air Force Song (!). Guests THE MAMAS AND THE PAPAS sing
their smash hit "California Dreamin'," BOBBY RYDELL does an
incredible rendition of "The Joker" from the Broadway smash, "The
Roar of the Greaspaint, The Smell of the Crowd," NOEL HARRISON
sings "Baby Blue" and DIONNE WARWICK sings "Message to Michael."
Both episodes end up at the "A Go-Go" club with hippy chicks
dancing in cages! Yow! From kinescope; In glorious black and
white!
