    Synopsis: Very RARE,was Howard's first big pay-per-view event, shown only in the New York City/Connecticut area on February 27, 1988, from which this video was released. The name comes from the fact that everyone in the studio was dressed only in their underwear. Some celebrities who appear include: Richard Belzer, Penn & Teller, Leslie West, Emo Phillips and Judy Tenuta, Steve Rossi, Jessica Hahn (before a lot of her cosmetic surgery), wack-packer Siobhan the transsexual and Becky the Mental Patient. Skits include the "Gay Untouchables", Vinnie Mazzeo cooking eggs on his flaming pants (a definite highlite of the show), the homeless man supermarket spree and Howard wrestling with two lesbians on a bed after they attack him and rip off his clothes.
