RMA:     Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging and displaying the appropriate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returned packages displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.

• For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 10 days with a RMA # which we assigned.

• Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
