On RARE occasion items maybe Out of Stock due to discontinued or sold out and placed on backorder. If an item is discontinued or on backorder, our customer service department will contactyou and advise you if the item you have order has been discontinued or an estimated delivery date. If you choose not to wait for the item to be back in stock, we will issue you a refund. If you have ordered more than one item, and there is only one
item discontiuned or on backorder, and you choose not to wait on the backordered item to be restocked, we will issue a new invoice for the remaining items on your order, and when payment is cleared, Your order will be shipped.

Damaged Item

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us the day of delivery.

Return Policy

Please do NOT return item to address on the package.

• If you are not happy with the purchase or you received a product in damaged condition please notify us within 2 days of receipt of your order. We will ask for photos if necessary. We can offer replacement(s) or refund.
• Shipping is non-refundable.
• Any item returned must be returned in its original box.
• You must contact us prior to any returns being made to receive the RMA required for all returns.
• Any defect that occurred after the product has been used is not returnable to us.
• If you want to cancel an order you must notify us immediately. As long as the item has not shipped we can cancel it. If it has shipped then you will have to wait for the item to arrive and follow our return policy.

Refunds

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credit Time Table 

  RETURNS - Please allow 7-14 business days after our warehouse receives your package for a refund to be processed to your credit card. For orders paid with an electronic check, we will mail a refund check via First Class Mail within 7-14 business days. 

 This time does not include the time it takes for the item to be returned to our warehouse or the time involved to process a claim.
