Shipping Discount & Return Policy
Our normal shipping rates are $4.00 for the first DVD, CD or Book and $2.00 for each additional DVD or CD within the US. International shipping is $8.00 for the first DVD, CD or Book and $4.00 for each additional DVD, CD or Book. Shipping to Australia is slightly higher, $10.00 for the first DVD, CD or Book and $5.00 for each additional DVD, CD or Book. Now if you're purchasing a large amount of DVDs, CDs or a package deal and a couple of individual titles, drop us an e-mail and request a revised shipping quote. We'll send you an invoice with discounted shipping if possible. Also if you think a shipping rate we have is unfair, please contact us and we'll see what we can do.

When it comes to returns we handle everything on a case by case basis. Usually if you get a defective DVD or CD shoot us an e-mail within seven days of recieving the item and we'll have you send it back to us. If it is defective we'll replace it with the same title. If it's not defective and it's just a compatability issue (this is very rare) we will refund your money. We have very satisfied customers with almost zero returns.

NEW EBAY MANDATORY SHIPPING POLICY

In case your not aware, Ebay is starting a mandatory shipping policy for DVDs shipping within the USA. According to Ebay, sellers have to offer one option for shipping at $3.00 or less. If you select the $3.00 option your DVD will ship out US POSTAL SERVICE MEDIA MAIL! Media Mail is very slow and can take up to 30 days for your package to even leave the Post Office. Media Mail ships out only when there's extra space on a truck. We don't suggest going this route. Please use our $4.00 First Class Mail shipping option and your DVD will be there in just a few days. It's only a dollar more and you'll get your DVD way more quickly. If you select Media Mail there is no shipping discount, it's $3.00 per each DVD you buy.

So go First Class Mail and you'll recieve a shipping discount on orders with multiple items. It's just $4.00 for the first DVD and $2.00 for each additional DVD. First Class is the better faster way to ship! For all of our other Mailing policies please read our old policy in this listing. Thanks!
