Every item you purchase from Force Anime is covered under our 14-day limited warranty against defects. Our 14-day limited warranty is
a defective/incorrect exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that
has been confirmed as defective/incorrect.

Terms of 14-day Limited Warranty:
The customer is responsible for all return postage costs.Note before returning items to us:
a. include the original packing slip indicating which items are being returned,
b. have a word RETURN on your returned package.
c. return your items within 14 days from reciept of goods

Return shipping address would be emailed to you after receiving your replacement request.

There will be no refund of shipping charges for returned non-defective item(s) due to the problems of  driver compatibility, software conflicts,
