1. What type of Hair Replacement System can I custom order?  We custom order Full Lace, Front Lace, Mono-filament, and Thin Skin Hair Replacement Systems.
2. Can you explain what some of the other options are?    Our wig bases include, French Lace, Swiss Lace, German Lace, Thin Skin, and Mono-filament.  Hair types includes Indian, European, and Chinese Remy Hair.  Hair textures include Yaki, Straight, Wavy, Curly, as well as many others.  Hair density includes light to medium, medium, medium to heavy, and heavy.  Hair colors are standard, and any hair style that you prefer can be duplicated (a photo is all that is required).  We can include any add-ons that you desire such as baby hair, invisible lace, bleached knots, single knots, adjustable straps at the nape, and stretch lace.  Once a purchase is made, you will receive the Custom Order Form to create your Hair Replacement System.  
3. How do I place my order for a Custom Hair Replacement System.  Simply contact us today for a FREE CONSULTATION.  We would be more than happy to walk you through the process!
4. What type of hair styles do you offer?  We can reproduce any type of hair style that you prefer.  We have posted a few of the styles that some of our customers have requested.  These photos are for reference purposes only!
5. Is the hair Remy Human Hair?  Yes, this hair is soft, luxurious, Remy Human Hair.
6. How long will it take to receive my Hair Replacement System after placing my order?  Once we place the order with the Wig Manufacturer, you will receive your Absolutely Beautiful Hair Replacement System within 4-6 weeks.  We will happily notify you as soon as it comes in!
7. Do I need to be home to receive my unit?  Yes, someone should be home to receive your Hair Replacement System.   We only ship our Hair Replacement Systems out with Delivery Confirmation.  We have heard many horror stories of Hair Replacement Systems going to incorrect addresses, or missing even though it was originally delivered.  Therefore, because your satisfaction is important to us, we make every effort up front to avoid those unnecessary and unfortunate circumstances. 
8. Is this the actual unit that I will receive?  No, we will custom order your Hair Replacement System to meet your specific specifications.  However, this is the "actual" style.
9. How do I maintain my unit?  Maintenance instructions are included with each unit purchased. 
10. Do you offer multiple item shipping discounts?  Yes we offer shipping discounts for multiple advertised items purchased in our on-line store.  We also provide discounts for returning customers.  Once your Custom Hair Replacement System arrives, we will contact you for delivery.  We would be more than happy to ship additional supplies for you at that time!
11. Do you sell Wig Maintenance Products?  One stop shopping is extremely important to all of our in-store clients.  Therefore, for the customer's convenience, we sell Hair and Wig Maintenance Products (Glues, Tapes, Solvents, Wig stands, Wig Detanglers, Wig Conditioners, Thinning Shears, Wig Caps, Wig Clips, and others).  Please email us and we would be happy to discuss your options. 
12. Do you have other units in stock?  Yes, we stock many different types of Hair Replacement Systems.
13. Are the wigs hand-tied?  Yes, all of our wigs are hand-made and hand-tied to achieve the perfect look that's right for you. 
14. How long will a Hair Replacement System last?  The life span of your Hair Replacement System depends on many factors, such as, how often you  wear it, wash it, what products are used, etc.  Generally, given the proper maintenance, Hair Replacement Systems can last for years!
15. Do you accept templates?  Yes, we advise our in-store clients to create templates in order to achieve a perfect fit,  please contact us for assistance with this process.
16. Can you duplicate my hair line?  Yes, your hairline can be duplicated by sending in a photo (very close up, from all angles) or by creating the template stated above.  Once the order is placed, we would be happy to provide application and maintenance instructions for you.
