All As Seen on TV products sold from our Ebay store are Brand New.  We do NOT sell products with expiration dates that are up in a month.  Please feel confident that we are selling BRAND NEW items unless otherwise indicated.

FEEDBACK

I believe in feedback. When you pay, you have fulfilled your part of the deal. We have no reason to leave negative feedback.  Feedback will be left for you when we are confident you are happy with your purchase and your happiness reflects in the feedback you leave for us.  I would appreciate positive feedback when the item is received. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us for a resolution PRIOR to leaving negative feedback. It is only fair to allow us to make things right.  Also, please give us time to leave you feedback.  We leave personal feedback, we do not have a computer system do it for us.  However, we too have lives outside of Ebay - amazingly enough!  We WILL leave feedback - we promise!

We would like to take this opportunity to address our own low feedback score.  We are opening our store for the first time and we have a low feedback rating.  Please do not take this as an indication that we are not going to be a good Ebay seller.  Everyone has to start somewhere right?  We highly advise you to pay via PayPal so you are confident that your money will be safe and your order shipped.  In no time, we will have a respectable feedback score - but only with your help.  Thank you for understanding!

SHIPPING

We ship all As Seen on TV purchases via UPS Ground.  Therefore, NO PO Boxes, or APO addresses will be accepted and your order will be refused and money returned.  If there is no other way for you to receive packages, please email us privately and we can ship another way - only orders that are placed from these types of address after contacting us for alternate shipping will be accepted.  All others will be refused.

We currently DO NOT ship this product outside of the US.

INSURANCE

Here is my disclaimer - ONLY items with Insurance paid will be refunded or exchanged when item is returned defective. Insurance is not required BUT - I highly recommend you purchase insurance because things happen in shipping. I can assure you all products that leave my home are full and not used prior to shipment. Just be aware you are not covered for shipping damage or loss without insurance. **Please note that UPS shipments do not require insurance - it is already included in the shipping price**

REFUNDS

We will refund products for certain reasons.   If your product is damaged, not as described or if the wrong product was shipped please email immediately so we can take care of the problem.   In the case of a damaged product, we will gladly exchange it when it is returned to us.   We will not refund monies for the “oops, I shouldn’t have spent that much money” reason -  Refunds will only be issued when the item is returned to us unused and in resale condition (unless item was damaged in shipping) within 7 days of your receipt.   We will refund money less S&H charges in the same manner we received payment. i.e. PayPal payments will be refunded via the PayPal system.   Money Orders will be refunded only as merchandise credit.

EMAIL

We do not answer email sent to our regular email address.  If you send messages to us OTHER than through the Ebay message system, we WILL NOT answer them.  There are too many messages to sort through and sometimes some get answered twice and others never do - therefore, to clear up this situation, we WILL ONLY ANSWER EMAIL sent via the EBAY MESSAGE SYSTEM .
