1- right click on the file and unzip it using winrar. If you do not have a winrar you can downloaded from http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
2- burn the iso file to a cd.you can use the iso recorder http://isorecorder.alexfeinman.com/isorecorder.htm to do so.
If you burn a cd, it is a auto run cd that gives you a menu to select from.

IF you unzip it, you need to double click on the autorun.exe file to see the menu.
