Brand new, unused items will be issued a refund, excluding shipping and handling costs
and a 15% restocking fee.

All shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be obtained from our customer service team.
Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the issuance of the Return Authorization Number.

All returned merchandise must have the original packaging, and all components. Product that is returned incomplete, missing or damaged will not be accepted unless notified and approved in advance.

All defective items must be reported within 7 days of receiving.

All items returned as defective will be tested—and if found defective, a replacement will be shipped immediately. If we can not fix it or replace it a full refund (without restocking fee) will be issued ASAP

We expect a payment within 5 days of auction completion. Failure to do so may result in item relisted and a posible negative feedback.
