SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

1. I ship US Postal Service on Saturdays all payments received after 10am on a Satruday will not ship until the following weekend

2.I Ship Large packages via UPS on Mondays, Any payment received after 10pm on Sunday will have to wait until the next week

3. Please put item number/name on mailed payments

4. If mailing payment please wait 14 days before e-mailing for information and note the above shipping information

5. Paypal payments: please do NOT e-mail me for shipping information until 15 days from the sheduled shipping date, i will not respond otherwsise. The auction and payment date are irrelevant, I go by shipping date. Example: If you paid me on Tuesday and it is a small item it would ship Saturday, so 15 days from Saturday. I do not ship daily

6. Shipping charges listed are for the US ONLY. Please e-mail for the correct international rate.

7. Checks including E-checks are held until cleared regarless of user feedback rating, or paypal standing.

8. I prefer a confirmed paypal address and have the right to deny any payments from unconfirmed addresses

9. Payments are due in my hand within10 days of auction end. International buyers MUST use paypal.  I cannot accept interational Money Orders Please be advised that I do not send out notices of payment receipt at this time. Should a paypal payment not make it to my account it will have to be researched before I can issue the item or a refund.

Insurance is optional (yes it is offered refunds are not granted on lost items unless insurnace was purchased. Overseas bidders may want to consider regitered mail or global express to avoid customs problems.

15. All international items are shipped economy surface unless buyer pays for Airmail (which costs more) Economy surface an take up to 90days in some cuntries

Complaints</>

Should an item not be to the buyers satisfaction, i ask that the buyer contact me prior to leaving negative or inappropriate feedback. If the complaint is deemed accurate action will be taken to satisfy the customer per new ebay rules. The buyer may be asked to return the item for a FULL PURCHASE PRICE REFUND. I will not refund shipping on an unresolved/unwanted item. I may be willing to handle partial refunds or credit to the buyer. It is in the best interest of the buyer to ask all questions before bidding beause I will not routinely give out refunds, there has to be a GOOD reason. A good reason is not "I no longer want the item"

I am sorry to all those ebayers who are honest and who work with sellers for the long list of rules I have had too many problems and lost a great deal of money due to dishonesty lately. I strive to keep my customers happy, but my customers need to also understand I am human and have a life besides ebay. I cannot be blamed for postal or carrier errors, or anything which I do not have direct control of. I hope my policy changes help clear up problems
