Shipping:

1. For U.S.A. Shipping costs to anywhere in the continental U.S. is FREE! Unless otherwise stated. Most orders get a delivery confirmation# in an email once I’ve shipped your item. Some don’t, so don’t be alarmed if you don’t get one. If you’re interested in bidding on other items of mine or you have questions about combined shipping discounts email me here. Please ask about rates to Alaska, Hawaii and the other US Territories. NOTE: If the shipping cost says: $6.98, the shipping fee for the item has been otherwise stated. Shipping is only FREE if no cost is stated. The shipping cost always includes the $2.99 for insurance. Thanks!
2. Priority S&H is $14.99 to anywhere to Canada or Mexico with discounted shipping on any second item. Unless otherwise stated. This discount only applies to items purchased at the same time. If you are purchasing items from more than one of my listings, have other questions about combined shipping discounts, including combined shipping discounts for international orders please email me.
   NOTE: Same as in rule #1, if an amount over $14.99 is stated, that’s the amount.
3. We are NOT responsible for any items damaged while being shipped. We do not accept returns on items based on the fact that they were damaged in the mail. Therefore Insurance is not optional. This is to protect you, not me. This is required to insure guaranteed delivery of your package. Insurance also includes delivery confirmation and/or tracking number. If you aren’t willing to make sure you can get compensated or reimbursed for your items if they are damaged in transit them please do not bid.
4. We do offer international shipping to everywhere. Europe, Asia, Australia, Fiji, Central America, & South America. Most of the time standard shipping will be $17.99 and Priority mail will be $20.99. Higher or lower shipping rates may apply so check the auction by selecting your country. If you do not see an amount listed for you please just email me and I’ll give you the standard & Priority shipping rates.
5. Insurance is not optional on international orders either. This is required to insure guaranteed delivery of your package. Insurance also includes delivery confirmation and/or tracking number.
6. PRIORITY shipping is available for $9.99. Unless otherwise stated. This also includes complimentary delivery confirmation/tracking number. NOTE: Same as in rule #1, if an amount other than $9.99 is listed in shipping cost, that fee applies.
7. OVERNIGHT shipping is available for $19.99. Overnight shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, or outside the U.S.A. This also includes delivery confirmation and/or tracking number. If you need overnight shipping please just email me prior to bidding/buying so I can tell you what the actual cost will be and if I can be sure there’s still time to get it out that day. Orders in by noon are ok.
8. Payment for OVERNIGHT and 2ND DAY AIR must be received by noon EST for item to be shipped same day.
9. If payments are made after 3PM EST those items are shipped the next business day. Most items go out within 24 business hours of payment received. For shipments, please allow 1-2 weeks for your item.
10. All shipments are made via United States Postal Service either by First Class or Media Mail with delivery confirmation, depending on the types of products purchased.
11. Most items are picked up by USPS from my house on most business day's. (Monday - Friday).
12. We do offer Combined Shipping discounts. If you are Bidding/Buying Multiple Auctions please wait until all of the auctions have ended to pay for all of your items at once. Paying for all of our items at once will ensure you get the largest shipping discount possible..
13. Once you completed the checkout or payment, you will not be able to combine additional auctions. No exceptions.
14. Combined shipping is limited to items listed by me or in my store .
15. We are no responsible for shipping delays due to Holidays. Payments for items that are received on a holiday will be shipped the following business day.
16. Buyers requesting shipping to an Unconfirmed Address do so at their own risk. Only items lost during shipment to a Confirmed Address will be resent. Shipping to an Unconfirmed Address is not required, its done as a courtesy to be fair to all buyers and not discriminate.
17. Payment for items means you agree to all the terms herein.

Return Policy:

• LIFETIME WARRANTY applies to manufacturers warranty as expressed on their website as well as any information found on documents that accompany the items. This applies to all items sold in this auction, as well as items listed in our store and all of our other  eBay auctions.
• We only accept returns for items that are defective. We must be notified of a defective item within 3 days of receipt. This does not apply to PC memory. There are absolutely NO returns on PC memory due to the fact that memory can be damaged by static electricity from improper handling of the module. Unless an item is DOA. This does not apply to Untested items. DOA memory must be reported within 3 days and the order must have included anti-static equipment such as an for me to consider an item eligible for exchange. If you do not spend the $5 to take the extra precaution of not damaging the memory, I'm simply going to assume that your lack of care resulted in the cause for the memory to no longer be working as it is working when it leaves here. It is important if you do not know how to install memory, please go read to learn how, also if you do not have an to ground yourself with, do not try it!

Payment Details:

• We accept eChecks & balance funded payments via PayPal. Do to the nature of our account status we cannot accept credit cards payments through PayPal. If you must use your credit card, please contact me to make your payment. If the balance of your PayPal account is sufficient enough to make payment we encourage you to do so. You can add funds to your PayPal account after you have linked it to your bank account  If your account is already added to your PayPal account you can also make your payment by eCheck.
  
• We also accept money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks, however if you pay with a personal check, your order will be held  pending clearance of your check.
• We also accept all Visa, Master Card Debt & Credit Card payments. If you would like to make your payment this way please email me to do so.
  
• Your transaction is not complete once you have won the auction, your transaction is only complete once you have finished your checkout and successfully made the payment for your item. You can do this by following the checkout instructions in your invoice or following the "Pay Now" link contained in the listing once the auction is over.

• I do have a 5% Loyalty Discount for repeat customers. If you are a returning customer please send an email to me and i will send you an invoice reflecting the 5% discount on your purchase. Please do so bfore checking out. No refunds will be given once transactions are complete.
