Note: Please understand that for USPS international shipping (cheaper than FedEx or UPS), EXPRESS is the only way to acquire a tracking number.  Therefore, we do NOT use any other regular shipping with a lower shipping fee.  Some packages without a tracking number were lost in some countries.  We always mark international packages as a gift, and buyers don’t usually have to pay any local customs duties or taxes.  However, in a rare case that there is some in which we have no control over (depending on the customs in your country); we are not responsible for these charges.  Shipments will be insured for, and our responsibility limited to, the same amount specified on the customs declaration form.  Buyers may request for any low commercial value on their packages as desired (at your own risk), but we will consider this on a case by case basis.  Our responsibility is limited to the same amount specified on the customs declaration form.  Please note that if you request for a very low declared value (much lower than the purchased price), we will not accept paypal.

Please note that for PAYPAL payment; buyers in the UK and CANADA should have the shipping address confirmed (However, if in any case that your address couldn’t be confirmed, we would consider your feedback rating).  For those in other countries, we could accept your PAYPAL payment depending on your feedback rating.  We make a decision on a case by case basis.

Shipping

According to PAYPAL policy, we ONLY ship items to the Verified/Confirmed address registered with your account.  If you need your item shipped to an unconfirmed address, please use MONEY ORDER, WESTERN UNION, or BANK WIRE TRANSFER.  Again, an exception may be considered based on your feedback history.

Combined shipment: We offer FREE shipping for any additional items you buy, provided that the shipping fee for the item ending with the highest price is paid in full. This offer is VALID ONLY IF all items are paid in ONE payment, and all items are paid within 7 days after the FIRST auction ends .

Sample calculation:

1 ^st auction: ends Oct 1st at $400 with $15 shipping fee

2 ^nd auction: ends Oct 4th at $100 with $10 shipping fee

This offer is valid ONLY IF the total of $400 + $100 + $15 = $515 is paid by Oct 8 in ONE payment.

Bidding Conditions

An invoice is normally sent to the winner within 24 hours after an auction ends. So, to avoid any delay or lost communication, please make sure your e-mail address registered with your account is valid and still working.  Otherwise, you might have a problem communicating with us.

Please contact us within 2 days from end of auction about your preferred payment method.  Then, payment must be received within 5 days after that.

Please e-mail us if you have any question before you bid. However, please do not e-mail us if you are inquiring about authenticity because all our items are 100% authentic.  You will not be disappointed.

Feedback: In case of any problem, please let us know within 48 hours after receiving the item, and allow us to solve it before prematurely giving us a negative feedback.  Please do not leave us a negative feedback before contacting us concerning the problem.  We always try to solve any problem with our buyers, so there is no need to leave a negative feedback.

Return Policy

Customers' satisfaction is the most importance to us.  If you need to return an item, please e-mail us regarding this BEFORE returning; otherwise, returns will not be accepted.  We will give you our return address by e-mail.  It may NOT be the same address as the address on the package shipped to you.  Return items must be mailed within 2 days after the items have been received (we keep track of delivery confirmation) in original unused condition (we inspect all items before processing refunds) for the winning price less a restocking fee of 10% and the shipping fee paid to send the item to you.  Returns beyond this period will not be accepted in any case. A shipping service with insurance and tracking number must be used for returns; we are not responsible for lost return items. Refunds are issued within 7 days after return items have been received.  We are not responsible for any shipping fee to return an item back to us in any case.
