He has trained at the prestigious Corning School of Glass, as well as having apprenticed under a very well known glass artist out of the Midwest, for seven years, prior to opening his own studio. John’s studio is in its third year of business, and he is gaining an increasing amount of attention for his work. Johns eye for detail, designs that set his work apart from other glass artist’s, and perfectionism all make for an artist that will be long recognized for his work. Those of us who love, and collect art glass, will one day see him in books easily recognizing his work. One thing I can say about Johns work that I love is that he always grinds the bottom of his pieces, so that you do not see any pontil marks, or chipping, leaving a smooth and clean base. He also ensures that there are no air bubbles. Truly works of perfection! All items represented are in mint condition. This item has been cared for just like the fine piece of art it is, and kept in a gallery like setting. Some items represented may be in the process of creation, and others may be commissioned just for you! In those cases, I will advise you that it may be two to four weeks, in some cases, prior to your receiving your piece, however rest assured when you do, you will know it was made expressly for you.
