Shipping Terms

A) General: the seller, "MicrotelDesigns" ships via expedited shipping services, via EMS, DHL, or UPS courier shipping services with insurance and signature required; most purchases are shipped factory direct via EMS to expedite customized order processing; however, some items might be shipped from USA subsidiary to USA territories, AFO/APO boxes, and other locations deemed appropriate.  Please ask about volume order discounts and shipping to minor countries. Flat rate shipping and handling fee is determined from the package's size/weight, shipping materials, insurance, and location. Insurance is included in flat rate expedited shipping cost. Once payments are processed, items are prepared for expedited shipping worldwide generally within 24 to 72 hours. Product(s) are shipped from "MicrotelDesigns" warehouses, partners, or suppliers, located throughout the world. "MicrotelDesigns" auctions will issue a receipt of payment as proof of purchase for warranty purposes. Please, keep a copy of your payment receipt as proof of purchase, for your records. Please note: i) additional international charges for extended area fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the buyer and ii) "MicrotelDesigns" is not responsible for additional shipping and/or reshipping costs and/or delays due to insufficient or incorrect shipping details, changed addresses, carrier neglect, or any other misinformation provided by the buyer. Worldwide locations not available on checkout and volume purchases require separate quotation, due to the varying shipping rates around the world. However, a wide variety of sample shipping rates to worldwide locations are included above.

B) Process: Most products are shipped within 2 to 3 days after payment processing is completed. "MicrotelDesigns" products are inspected for quality before shipping to minimize DOA, which is very rare, due to thorough quality checks provided by the manufacturer and testing of each item before shipping. Estimated time in transit averages 4 to 6 business days to most locations worldwide. Occasionally, please allow additional time for pending payment processing, rural transport delivery, and customs inspections that could increase shipping times. Nevertheless, "MicrotelDesigns" expedited courier services provide the quickest most reliable method of shipping to avoid any potential delays. "MicrotelDesigns" will provide online tracking number within 2 to 3 business days after payment is processed. "MicrotelDesigns" provides low cost manufacturer/supplier direct shipping as a means to provide customers with the latest technology and product firmware revisions with low prices, in the ever-changing consumer electronics market. Please understand total processing and shipping time includes the processing time average of 2 to 3 business days plus the transit time of 4 to 6 business days; therefore average total processing and shipping time is 5 to 9 business days and might include two weekends resulting in up to twelve calendar days before a package is received. D)  Summary: Product will be shipped insured with signature required, included in the expedited flat rate shipping cost. If the product is damaged, lost or stolen, during shipping process, then "MicrotelDesigns" will participate in carrying out a shipment claim. Moreover, the seller, "MicrotelDesigns" is not responsible for shipping delays due to customs inspections, custom's seizures, non-payment of customs or country VAT/other taxes/duties/fees, which are solely the responsibility of the buyer, or non-delivery to improperly provided addresses on transaction/payment details. No refunds will be given for non-delivery due to lost, stolen, seized goods, orders that buyers refuse to pay necessary taxes/duties/fees, or online tracking errors that do not show delivery. Important reminder: buyers that possess PayPal confirmed addresses, should make PayPal payments. "MicrotelDesigns" reserves the right to cancel orders of buyers that have a history of significant negative feedback, transactions that appear to be suspicious, delivery address is unconfirmed, or payment is flagged by PayPal's security systems - as potentially fraudulent. Canceled orders will be promptly refunded. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If your address is NOT PayPal confirmed for a reason beyond your control, then ask "MicrotelDesigns" describing your circumstances. "MicrotelDesigns" will make a decision on a case-by-case basis to grant an exception to ship to an unconfirmed address. Separate "MicrotelDesigns" PayPal invoicing (invoice for additional shipping charges) or private auctions will be made available for shipment locations that are not available during checkout. Although tracking is most often provide within 12 to 36 hours, please allow three business days for shipping notification and tracking number. Expedited shipping tracking information will be available online and usually updated online within 5 days. Please, understand EMS tracking is not a precise science and information is slightly dated and is not updated at every checkpoint early in the shipping process. Once, packages clear international customs checkpoints at destination country the information is more timely and accurate and usually indicates the shipment will be arriving at the destination very soon. All packages are shipped insured with signature required for PayPal protection policies for purchases over $250. Buyers with any presumed defective on arrival (DOA) units should request RMA number, before exchanging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to "MicrotelDesigns" facilities for warranty exchange or repair. After 90 days, buyer is responsible for shipping to and from manufacturer. Warranty and Policy Terms

A) General Terms: All products are evaluated to have consistent high quality and all orders are checked carefully before dispatched to our customers. In most cases, an adequate stock is available to supply small, medium, and large order quantities. PayPal payments are preferred for standard fixed price auctions and store sales. Other direct payment methods are available for volume/wholesale purchases. Important: delivery to PayPal confirmed addresses ONLY, unless prior authorization is obtained! Please contact "MicrotelDesigns" for volume discounts or custom language manufacturing. If at any time you are unsure about the specifications of this product, please contact us before placing any bids. All "MicrotelDesigns" auctions and store sales require immediate PayPal payment. Normal processing time and EMS tracking number is generally provided for an order within 12-36 hours after a payment is received by "MicrotelDesigns"; however, according to Web site guidelines, "MicrotelDesigns" has the right to take up to seven business days to process any incoming order. However, most orders will be processed within 2 to 3 business days upon receipt of payment and every attempt is made to process orders as quickly as possible, often providing same day shipping. Items might not be shipped from the indicated "Item location" due to our inventory allocation arrangement and agreements with the manufacturer or supplier. Defective items will be replaced or repaired; please refer to our "Limited Warranty" section above and "Exchange or Repair" paragraph below for more details. "MicrotelDesigns" will not be liable for any personal injury, physical injury, and damage caused by the product being auctioned. Moreover, "MicrotelDesigns" does not have any obligation to provide any technical support or the auctioned product; however, support documentation, Web site links, and e-mail assistance could be provided when possible, upon request. "MicrotelDesigns" makes every effort to guarantee your satisfaction, so ask us and we will do our best to provide assistance. With regards to phone setup, particularly data settings, please contact your service provider directly for technical assistance with specific settings. "MicrotelDesigns" is not required to provide support for any network carrier related features or firmware related issues; however, support could be made available, upon request. Common examples of network carrier related features include GPRS/ WAP/ MMS & SMS Messaging/ Voicemail/ Data Transfer/ or Network Frequencies, as well as other operations that utilize interactive operations with your service provider. Buyers are responsible for ensuring the product's compatibility with their network operator/ service provider. "MicrotelDesigns" will determine if any operation or product features, which are not listed above, are a network carrier related feature. In the event that an English manual is not available for the particular version that is shipped out, "MicrotelDesigns" does not have the obligation to provide a copy of an English manual to the buyer. Nevertheless, we do try our best to provide a printed English manual. Language version, firmware version, and color options are shipped based on current product revisions and available inventory; therefore, some features might vary slightly from product description. However, "MicrotelDesigns" attempts to provide accurate product descriptions based on current product revisions. If a particular feature is mandatory for your use, then ask if desired feature is available with current product revision. "MicrotelDesigns" will contact manufacturer/supplier to confirm that the feature does, in fact, exist on current revision. Pictures include actual photos and supplier authorized stock photos and closely represent the auction item; however, minor variations in language versions, firmware version, colors, and markings might exist dependent on the current manufacturer release of the product. B) Buyer Considerations: Before purchasing a World Cell Phone and other mobile cellular devices, please ensure that you have verified compatibility with your network provider by contacting your provider or visiting their Web site. We will not take any responsibility and will not accept returns for items purchased that are not compatible with your network system configuration. All "MicrotelDesigns"" phones are GSM Quad-band (850/ 1900/ 900/ 1800MHz) World Phones, dual GSM Tri-band (850/ 1900/ 1800MHz) | (900/ 1800/ 1900MHz) - effectively Quad-band, or Dual-band (850/ 1900MHz) or (900/ 1800MHz). "MicrotelDesigns" standard Quad-band cell phones do not support 3rd or 4th generation and 2100MHz band cellular network protocols, unless otherwise noted in the auction. However, most 3rd and 4th generation cellular networks are blended and downward compatible to GSM Quad-band (850/ 1900/ 900/ 1800MHz) frequencies and support standard data functions utilizing GPRS or WAP compliant data operations, including but limited to MMS | SMS | Messaging | Voicemail | and other functions requiring direct interaction with your cellular service provider. Technically, the MicrotelDesigns Quad-band cell phones are compatible with GSM 850, GSM 900, DCS 1800, and PCS 1900 MHz network frequencies. Thus, for example, rare 4th generation UMTS 850MHz networks, available in some areas of the world, would not be compatible with GSM 850MHz phones for high speed data operations. Similarly, HSDPA 850/2100Mhz 3G networks are not compatible with GSM network only compatible phones. Nonetheless, the networks in these regions typically support GSM Quad-band frequencies, but would not operate at the high speeds boasted by 3rd or 4th generation data network protocols. Thus, before purchasing mobile phone devices ensure your network is compatible and that you will be able to obtain settings for all the functions you intend on using on your device.

C) Warranty Coverage: the seller, "MicrotelDesigns" will issue an invoice as proof of purchase for warranty validation for "MicrotelDesigns" products that include a 12-Month limited warranty for defective products due to workmanship from date of purchase, unless stated otherwise in auction. Mobile products are guaranteed against DOA (Defective-On-Arrival). Please, report DOA item(s) within 48 hours, along with the products unique IMEI, electronic identification, or serial number. After a DOA report is received by "MicrotelDesigns" from the customer, "MicrotelDesigns" will issue a RMA number based on the product's unique electronic identifier. Repair or replacement authorization will be given within 48 hours, after all relevant information has been provided arising from defective product's material design. RMA's will not be issued if the mobile phone damage was caused from i) not being properly operated and maintained in accordance with instructions, ii) improper use in conjunction with an unauthorized device or product, iii) unauthorized repair, including attempts to change housing or other mobile phone components, iv) being subjected to excessive physical force, tampering, application of incorrect electrical charge, or electrostatic discharge (ESD), v) food or liquid spills, immersion in liquid, excessive temperature, humidity, or natural disasters, vi) tampered warranty void stickers, and vii) wear and tear, not considered to be normal use. "MicrotelDesigns" will not assume liability for breach of warranty described in the aforementioned causes. Additionally, in no event, shall we be liable for indirect or consequential loss, damages, or loss of profits resulting from any defeat occurring from the use of a product sold by "MicrotelDesigns." If the product needs to be repaired or exchanged, then the return shipping cost to the customer will be paid. If the returned product is found Not to be defective, then return of the original working item back to the customer will be at the customer's expense. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to "MicrotelDesigns" U.S. facility or service facility for warranty repairs. "MicrotelDesigns" will pay for all transit charges to the repair or exchange location and the cost back to the customer. In addition, please check to be sure that defective product returns include all original hardware, cables, instructions, and retail packaging. Clearly display the RMA number on product return label. Generally, a warranty exchange or repair is completed within ten days, plus transit times. Defective items being returned must be packed like new with original packaging. Failure to return in original condition might void the warranty. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment, misused, or abused by the customer or carrier. If product warranty seal or sticker is broken or has been tampered, "MicrotelDesigns"  will no longer be responsible to honor conditions provided under the manufacturer's warranty. Consequently, we will no longer be liable for the repair or replacement of your product, if product has been tampered with. "MicrotelDesigns" will only be held responsible for warranty mobile phones, which are purchased, directly from our company with an order number or listing or auction number under your name. The original warranty is non-transferable; therefore, if you have purchased from reseller or customer who has purchased from us, then contact the seller to resolve the problem. Damage from shipping is the responsibility of the carrier. Damage caused by end-user mishandling is not covered. Misuse from excess moisture, liquids, physical abuse, or physical damage is not covered by the warranty. Most commonly, exchange or repairs will be directed back to our US facilities. A return address will be provided with the issue of the RMA. All packages are shipped insured with signature required for PayPal protection policies for purchases over $250. Any presumed defective on arrival (DOA) units should request RMA number, before exchanging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to "MicrotelDesigns" facilities for warranty exchange or repair. After 90 days, buyer is responsible for shipping both ways. Any refund will be subject to fifteen percent restocking fee. However, absolutely no refunds will be issued on mobile phone and A/V mobile devices, due to the risk of incidental or shipping damage with mobile electronics. "MicrotelDesigns" will accept electronic device returns for exchange or repair, only.

D) Warranty Terms: Limited Warranty Coverage of the product in this auction carries 12-Month limited warranty from the manufacturer. No additional warranty is implied unless presented and stated in the auction. The limited warranty covers the following faults described below. DOA or Defective-on-Arrival implies that the product either cannot be turned on or ready for use after taking out of the box. Buyer should report this situation to the "MicrotelDesigns" within 48 hours upon the item delivery. Repairs will be made on a "DOA" item and items with manufacturer defects for one year from the date of purchase. In the event that a replacement cannot be made, "MicrotelDesigns" will repair the product or provide an equivalent substitute for the buyer. "MicrotelDesigns" has the right to make the final decision on whether a replacement or a repair process should be issued, under any circumstance. "MicrotelDesigns" reserves the final rights to approve any DOA replacement or a warranty coverage repair. If an exchange or repair is not granted, the buyer will have to find their own repair source and is responsible for all the related cost and expenses. Intermittent issues on the product will not be covered under our limited warranty policy, unless the problem can be easily duplicated. The device's faulty function should not be an intermittent problem or defect; rather, it should be a permanent easily identifiable condition that can be replicated by a technician. "MicrotelDesigns" has the right to make the final determination whether a problem is a permanent manufacturer defect. Network carrier related features and firmware related issues will not be covered by limited warranty repair coverage. Please refer to our buyer consideration section above regarding description of network dependent features. Again, "MicrotelDesigns" has the right to make the final decision on whether a repair process should be issued under any circumstances or situation. A repair order might take up to twenty-one business days starting from the day when "MicrotelDesigns" received the defective unit, including transit times to and from the repair facility and time to ship back to the customer. Although rare, "MicrotelDesigns" makes every attempt to provide customer with best possible repair and replacement service, but the customer needs to understand that transit times to international facilities requires some patience by all parties involved.

E) Exchange or Repair: Please reference Limited Warranty section for complete details. In summary, all "MicrotelDesigns" products are covered by 12-Month limited warranty, unless stated otherwise in auction. All defective items prepared for exchange or repair need to be packed like new with original packaging. Failure to return in original condition might void the warranty. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment, misused, or abused by the customer or carrier. If product warranty seal or sticker is broken or has been tampered, we will no longer be responsible to honor conditions provided under the warranty. Consequently, we will no longer be liable for the repair or replacement of your product. We will only be held responsible for warranty mobile phones that are purchased directly from our company with an order number or listing or auction number under your name. Warranty is non-transferable; therefore. If you have purchased from reseller who has purchased from us, then contact your reseller to solve the problem. All returned product is subject to the approval by the "MicrotelDesigns". Exchange or repair items without approval RMA # (Repair Material Authorization number) from the "MicrotelDesigns" will not be processed. Any shipping and handling expenses result on those returns without approval will be responsible by the buyer. Upon receiving the potential defective item from the buyer, "MicrotelDesigns" will examine and test for the defective claim that was made by the buyer. In the event of exchanging or repairing the product, buyer is responsible for the product's return to us, with insurance and signature recommended. Item should be received within twenty-one days after the issue of RMA. The return merchandize should include the RMA number that was issued by "MicrotelDesigns", buyer's ID, item listing or auction number, full name, shipping address, contact phone number, and the reason for return. All accessories and product documentation must be included inside the package as the buyer originally received the product. Items for exchange or repair should be returned to "MicrotelDesigns" complete, double boxed, and generally packed well. Please return RMA via reliable shipping service with insurance and verifiable delivery confirmation and include RMA identification information and clearly identify RMA number on outside of package. If a return is not identified for over twenty-one days due to, lack of information, then "MicrotelDesigns" will have the right to dispose of the item. No replacement will be issued for an unidentified disposed return. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Sorry, no refunds on World Cell Phones | PDAs | Smartphones and other mobile devices due to the high risk of incidental damage. "MicrotelDesigns" will authorize returns for exchange or repair only. Returns - Exchange/Repair/Refund Policy :  Microtel Designs and our shipping partners go above and beyond factory/certification testing by recording product Serial/ID and testing item functions (including making test phone calls on cell phone devices) for each item before shipping, to effectively minimize (DOA) defective orders.

Important: Be sure to keep all original packaging and accessories in "Original Condition." When receiving your purchase, test item(s) with protective plastic coverings; do not remove unless item is in operational order. If you are not pleased or purchase was damaged during shipping, then we will accept returns in accordance to the following policy -   1) Returns for refund must be received within 10 days (15 days for non-USA orders) from date of delivery; 2) Returns might be subject to a 15% restocking fee – a minimum $10.00 fee will be applied for refund processing, unless purchase is received in unused original condition with all package and materials intact; 3) Sorry, shipping and handling is non-refundable; 4) Shipping cost to return location is the responsibility of the buyer; 5) Returns received after 10 days (15 days for non-USA orders) will only be replaced / repaired; 6)  All defective returns will be exchanged / repaired / refunded at our discretion, and 7) Items found to be defective due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, add-on software issues, or other physical damage will not be covered under our return policy or warranty.
