Offered here for your considieration is a vintage Scrabble board game. It was made by Selchow and Righter. The box has three copyright dates: 1948, 1949 and 1953. The board itself has one copyright date of 1948. The game comes with the board, 4 wooden letter holders and 100 wooden letter squares. The box is a deep burgundy with gold lettering. It is in fairly good condition. It does have some soiling, rubs and one corner on the bottom that the seam is split. Some wrote on the top 1.00 in marker. The right inside end of the box must have gotten wet at one time because you can see the wet stains. A few of the wooden letters have staining on them. All in all it is in good condition for its age.

I accept personal checks (7-14 business day hold), cashier's checks or money orders. I have my own machine where I can process Visa, MasterCard or Debit Cards.  I now accept Google Checkout. I will accept PayPal but would really would prefer not to use them. I ship items after payment has cleared. Shipping and handling and/or optional insurance will be added to the final price of items. Whenever possible I will combine items to save on costs. Insurance is optional, but items not insured are not covered for loss or damage.
