Q. I have paid for my item. When will the item be shipped?
A. Item will be shipped within 3 business days upon the receipt of payment.

Q. How long does item take to deliver to my country ?
A. International shipping normally takes 7-14 days to most part of the world. Actual shipping time depends on post office traffic and no custom delay. Over 99.5% of our shipments arrive without problems and take only 4-6 work days.

Q. Do you do wholesale?
A. Yes. We offer attractive wholesale prices and shipping discounts to wholesale buyers.

Q. Do you offer combined shipping for multiple items?
A. Yes. Please wait for all your auctions to end and contact us with your eBay ID. We will email you a consolidated invoice with 10%discount or more on total shipping/handling depending on the amount of items you have won.

Q. How do I know the Shipping/Handling charges?
A. Shipping/handling charge is listed under "Shipping & Handling" section on the left top column. The fees covers international shipping to most part of the world.

Q. It has been a month and I still do not receive my item? What should I do?
A. Your item could be lost during shipment. If your item was insured, we will send a replacement unit. Please email us with your item #.

Q. My items were damaged during shipment, what should I do?
A. We will need a photo of the damaged item. You can email us a digital photo or send us a hard copy by mail. We will send a replacement unit after we review your case.
