Priority Ship Items typically arrive two to four business days after leaving the warehouse three full business days after leaving the warehouse.

 Oversized Items

Some heavy or oversized items, like game tables, must be shipped via a freight trucking company. Usually, Oversized Items arrive in 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Most Oversized Items leave the warehouse within seven full business days. Because this is a larger and heavier item, it can only be sent via ground freight; therefore, we cannot offer expedited shipping. The freight trucking company is not responsible for carrying the item into the building, unless noted in the item's description. Your package is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you to bring the package inside. Unfortunately, we cannot ship freight items to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii at this time.

Returns

You will be required to follow these steps. Failure to follow these step will terminate any agreement we have made. You must contact me within 48 hours of receipt of product. You must ship it back to me before I issue a refund. I refund the bid amount only. Shipping & handling costs are not refundable. All claims must be made within 30 days of action close. If a refund is approved, The unit must be returned in the condition it left my warehouse (including all parts and manuals). I will not issue a refund if the item has been tampered with or warranty sticker is removed.
