• Payment is not automatic. The credit card that you used to register is NOT used to make the auction payments. You must make the final payments separately.
• You will be sent an invoice when the auction ends.  Please follow the directions given in the invoice.
• Once the shipping labels are printed, tracking information will be e-mailed to you.

USA CUSTOMERS

• For fastest shipping, please use PayPal with confirmed shipping address in USA.
• If you pay with PayPal, we can only ship to the PayPal CONFIRMED shipping address in USA.
• If you want the item(s) shipped to a non-confirmed address, there will be a 10-day delay per our anti-fraud policy.  If you do not wish to wait, please send us a money order. 
• $10.00 shipping to 48 states in USA for the first item & $5.00 for each additional item. $2.00 required insurance per item. We can not ship any items without the insurance.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

• Shipping to Canada is $18.00 for the first item & $9.00 for each additional item. $2.00 required insurance per item.
• Shipping to Europe & Asia is $25.00 for the first item & $12.00 for each additional item. $2.00 required insurance per item.
• International buyers must contact us for payment methods BEFORE bidding.  
• NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL PAYPAL USERS: There will be a 10-day shipping delay for ALL international PayPal users to comply with our anti-fraud policies.

• All returned items must be in their original condition.
• We can not exchange or refund any items that have been worn, altered or washed.
• Exchanges are allowed if we have the replacement item in stock.  If not, refund will be issued - 20% re-stocking fee.
• The buyer will be required to pay the original amount of shipping+insurance fees for exchanges.
• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• All refunds will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
• Shipping costs and insurance are not refundable.

1. Do you offer combined shipping discounts? - Yes - Please see our Terms of Sale for details.
2. Do you accept credit cards? - Yes - but only through PayPal.
3. If I pay with PayPal, can you ship to a different address? - No - If you pay with PayPal, we can only ship to your confirmed shipping address. If you need to have the item shipped elsewhere, you must pay with money order.
4. Do you ship internationally? - Yes - Please see our Terms of Sale.
5. I am an international buyer. Can I pay with PayPal? - Only if you are in UK or Canada with confirmed shipping address. Bidders from all other countries must pay us with a different form of payment.
6. Can you send me more photos? - No. We have posted all the photos we have in our auctions.
7. I just won the auction. How do I pay you? - You will receive an invoice with payment information. Please follow the directions in the invoice.
