For sale we have a gorgeous vintage swan planter by Maddux of California. She is pink and white with black accents around the bill and eyes. She measures in at 10 3/4 inches tall with her long graceful neck. The bottom is marked Maddux of California, copyright symbol, 510, Made in USA and a large A that does not match any of the other writing. She is in beautiful condition with no chips, fleabites, crazing or repairs, however she does have a crack (please see photo). This crack runs about 1 inch down and then about another 1 inch going towards the neck. I do not believe that this crack will hinder this lovely planter, she is quite displayable and would certainly make a lovely addition to any figural planter or swan collection.
