  You must first contact us via E-mail for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) #.

  Any item returned to us due to refusal or unclaimed status will be treated as a return and processed according to the terms listed below. The item will NOT be re-shipped.

  You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return an item by mail for an exchange or refund. Shipping is at the expense of the buyer and non-refundable. Items will be credited full amount minus original shipping cost and a mandatory $15 restocking fee for EACH cover returned or exchanged. Any item that has been attempted to be installed will not be accepted.

  All claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 calendar days of receipt of merchandise. Failure to do so will result in inability to exchange or return item.

  

  PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7 CALENDAR DAYS.

  

  International buyers are responsible for any customs charge associated with importing merchandise into their country. The customs charge is a separate charge and is NOT included in your shipping cost. All covers are marked as Merchandise and have their value the item was sold at stated on the customs form and a receipt is included in the package.

  

  All items are custom, made-to-order and shipped within 14 business days with signature confirmation.
  U.S.: $9.00 via USPS Priority, Insured.
  International: $23.00 via USPS Express, Insured

  If your colors are backordered, we will notify you as soon as they are available for shipping. There may be a delay in your expected shipment date. Business days are M-F, excluding weekends and holidays. We do combine shipping on multiple items if needed. If we are on Holiday, your order may be delayed. Please check the store homepage for vacation dates. They will be posted there if needed.
