For US, everything that weighs up to a pound ships for $6 for priority mail when paid in same invoice.

- Label will be printed online, but it still has to be accepted by the post office.

-Tracking & Insurance is not available for USPS First Class International Mail

-If you choose this method of shipping I can show proof of acceptance by my post office.

-Therefore I can not tell you what post offices do with it afterwards.

-Due to a problem I recently had with a customer not understanding this concept I will not ship to the Philippines unless it is by Priority Mail.
