1.       Guarantee or warranty:

1) 45 Days Money Back.
Means, in 45 days, you can replace or return the product to us. But please make sure the product perfect and don't affect to sell again. And the freight send back will be afforded by your side.
2) 3 Months Fix Free Service
It means, in the first three months you buy, if there are some quality problems with the products, you can send them back, we offer free fixed service. If the damage is caused by person and need to change accessories, the charge is afforded by customer.
3) 12 months Warranty.
In 12 months you buy, if there is some problem with the products. We offer free fixed service.  if some accessories need to change, and it is over 3 months, you will afford the charges to change accessories necessary.
This means if something develops a fault you can post it back to us in China and we will help you to get a new item.
To test the suitability of our products for your market, please order samples online at our store.
Since we have no minimum order quantity you can buy single item to test.
Guarantee or warranty for accessory:
We are not responsible for repairing and replacement of the easy damaged accessories (earphone, USB data wire, screen, battery etc). We will send one at cost price for you, when you purchase again.
2.       Returns Policy:
All products from 8848etimes are covered by a 12-month warranty for return and repair/replacement.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of posting the item back to China, the freight of sending the product back is covered by 8848etimes.
If the products are returned to 8848etimes and they are not faulty ones. We will not replace it and we will not afford the freight and other charges returning back to you.
All products are inspected very carefully into good condition by 8848etimes before they are dispatched.
3.       Dropship returns issues:
1-Give us the product's fault details, and we will discuss the problem, and if the fault cannot be resolved with technical advice, we will give you our returns address and instructions. Next, you give your customer the returns information and let them send the product back to us, and we will return the new product to them directly.
OR 2- Send the customer the returns instructions as above and ask your customer to return the product to you first, and then you can send it on to us. We could return the new product to you or directly to the customer. (The advantage of this approach is that you could refund your customer or send them a replacement from your stock much more quickly than making them wait for a new product sent from China.)
If you ask your customer to do the returns directly with us we will of course not include any marketing materials or information linking to our website, as is normal in drop-shipping.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If goods are returned to 8848etimes and they are not faulty we will not replace it. We will not afford the freight and other charges return back to you. Therefore it is important for you to communicate with your customer and verify that the product is indeed faulty before asking them to initiate a return.
4.       What if I receive wrong items?
If we have mistakenly shipped a wrong item, then we will reship the correct item as soon as possible. The buyer must inform us within the first 7 days of delivery. Depending on the type of item, we may request for photographic proof or we may request for the wrong item to be returned. We will reimburse the return shipping fee.
5.       What can I do if a product I bought from 8848etimes is defective?
Before returning goods, please don't open the cover of the product and contact us immediately. Then we can discuss the issues you are encountering. Of over 90% of cases we are able to sort out the problem by giving technical support, without your having to send anything back.
If there are irremediable defects with the devices, you can return them for repair or replacement during the period of 12- month-warranty. But please send the video or pictures with the "PSJ" paster to prove the product is from us first.
If you did not buy your product directly from 8848etimes, you need to contact the vendor who sold it to you. It is still possible for you to send a faulty product directly to 8848etimes and get it repaired. But firstly it is necessary to discuss with the person who was responsible for the original order with 8848etimes.
Please note we do not provide any technical support or software support whatsoever for products that were not bought from 8848etimes. So please don't email us saying "I bought this gadget and it says made in China so I guess you guys ought to help me out". Wake up and smell the rice. Everything is made in China. We are not magicians / saints. We think that's fair enough!
