All sales are final unless the merchandise is defective or damaged, in that case, an even exchange of the same item will be sent upon receipt of the defective item. Please contact us immediately and a return authorization number or other instructions will be given.

Damaged Packages: If UPS damages your shipment please make note to the driver, upon receipt, that there is damage to your package. Contact us immediately if this occurs.

For Refusing Packages: If the shipment is refused or marked -returned to shipper- by UPS, we will receive the packages back then issue a credit to the customer minus a 20% restocking fee for the items returned. No credit will be issued for shipping costs.

Shipping Charges: A shipping charge of $13.00 is applied to all orders, regardless of size, to the continental United States. Orders being shipped to the continental United States and exceeding $150.00 will be shipped for FREE! There is no additional shipping on multiple items purchased....so keep shopping! All items must be paid for at the same time. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, & International shipping may be available. Contact us with your shipping info and items you are interested in and we will send you a shipping quote for your approval before bidding or buying.

Shipping Info: All orders are filled and shipped out within 3 business days of receiving finalized payment. All oders are shipped UPS ground, Monday-Friday. We send you the tracking number as soon as it is available to us.

Payment: is expected within 72 hours of purchase agreement with a credit or debit card (you do not need a paypal account) or paypal account. We do not accept any payment through the mail. We will send you an invoice with a link to securely make your payment.

FEEDBACK:  We will only post feedback once the transaction is complete, after you receive your item(s) and we are notified through feedback or email that your item(s) have been received. If you have any problems with the item and/or shipping issues that directly relates to us, please let us know through email instead of a negative or neutral feedback.
