We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, there would be no US without YOU, so please take the time to read the following so there will be no misunderstandings. We want everyone to be HAPPY!!! How we work: Several different vendors supply our product lines. What does this mean for you? Most likely? NOTHING. But there is the slight chance that during the course of this 30 day listing an item could become unavailable. It's rare, but should it happen your money will be IMMEDIATELY refunded. This hurts us tremendously because we are still responsible for all associated fees, so we hope it never happens, but it could. It also means that combined shipping isn't always an option. However, when purchasing items that come from the same vendor it WILL be offered. And last but not least...we realize that everyone (including me when I shop online) wants their item PRONTO! We try to only deal with the fastest shippers out there, but know that depending on the company, shipping times and prices may vary. We reserve the right not to sell to anyone with excessive or recent negative feedback. Payments are due 10 days from auctions end. Any item not paid for within 10 days will be re-listed. We accept: PayPal, Money Orders, and even Personal Checks (10 day clearing period applies to these). You, the buyer, are responsible for shipping charges. Sorry, but we no longer offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or to APO/FPO/PO Box addresses. So that's the 411! HAPPY BIDDING!!!
