BRAND NEW! Carmen Electra's Electra-Pole Professional Pole Kit. Officially licensed by Carmen Electra herself. This product has already had a lot of media attention and we are one of the first companies to carry it. This movable dancing pole assembles in 5 minutes or less. No attachments are needed such as screws or nails unless you want to put it up permanently for extra support. The top and bottom plate do have screw holes if you do wish to mount it to the ceiling/floor for extra stability. Great gift for a significant other on a birthday, or Valentines Day and also a great way to get exercise. These are not meant for someone to hang upside down or support all your body weight unless it is mounted to the ceiling with screws into a stud, however, they will support some or most (depending on your size) of your body weight as long as they are installed properly. Please read all instructions prior to using. Although we have never heard of issues, we are not responsible for cosmetic damage to your floor or ceiling due to this product. Davis General Store is also not responsible for injury resulting in the use of this product.

Returns:Please review or return policy carefully so that in the event something needs to be returned the process goes smoothly. When returning, we recommend the buyer insures and gets tracking/delivery confirmation on the returned item. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected items returned to us. DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If your order, or part of your order arrives defective and there is no visual damage to the box you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving it. We will try and troubleshoot the problem and if it is determined that the item needs to be returned we will replace it at no extra cost. Items that come with dead batteries are NOT considered defective. If a defective item, the item must be returned at his or her expense and there is a 10% administrative fee. Original shipping charges from the actual order are also non refundable. ALL DEFECTIVE ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED BACK AT OUR WAREHOUSE WITHIN 10 DAYS OR RECEIVING THE GOODS TO QUALIFY FOR AN EXCHANGE.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:If your order, or part of your order arrives damaged by the carrier we will assist you in filing a claim on your behalf. You must report damaged merchandise to us with 3 business days in order to be eligible.
WORKING MERCHANDISE:We offer exchange on all merchandise for 3 days, however, there is a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition, in the SAME PACKAGING, and contain all the parts/directions (if applicable) that the item(s) were shipped with. The buyer MUST contact us and return the item(s) within 3 days of receiving the goods to qualify. Original shipping from the order, and return shipping are nonrefundable.
