INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS -PLEASE READ! : Most international shipments are delivered in 7-10 days after shipping.However, Packages are subject to random customs inspections. Should this occur your order could be delayed significantly. Upon shipment we email customs form information which can be looked up on USPS.com to verify when international shipments have been shipped but may or may not provide further tracking information.
 

Insurance is optional. Should you elect insurance for your shipment the following rates apply.

  • $1.25 for US shipments
  • $1.45 for Canadian shipments
  • $2.00 for all other international shipments.

    Insurance rates will increase by $1.00 for each $100.00 of merchandise purchased over the first $100.00 for US and Canadian orders. The rate will increase by 2.00 for all other international shipments for each 100.00 purchased over the first $100.00

 

Customer Service
Should you need to return a damaged or defective item, simply email us for a RMA # within 3 days of receiving your order. You will be alerted by email once we receive your item and process your refund. No refunds are granted until the item is received and processed. When possible, Items should be returned in as-new, original condition (unopened/unused). Shipping and insurance fees are nonrefundable except in the rare event that we would make an error in the shipping of your item.
