"I ordered 5 dvd's, he shipped 4, then denied that the missing item existed (?) When i sent him a link to his very own selling page (demonstrating that it did exist), my e-mail went unanswered. If he didn't have it why didn't he question this fact when i ordered the title? After a further e-mail prompt, he once again asked me to provide proof of his own products existence?
"Hi, It's on your listings of For sale items... http://www.ioffer.com/i/the-who-tv-and-film-archive-volume-3-dvd-very-rare-518297889 Please let me know. Cheers, Andrew".
For an item that he has in his own store? Why didn't he see or act on the e-mails i sent him?
Further to this, he has some titles listed as $6 but when I enquire about ordering them, he tells me they are $16? (My eventual order was for 5 titles at a discounted $8 each)
Further to this, he has offered titles that he can't supply (since removed from his site, at least that action makes sense) and generally, communication is a disaster.Seemingly well intentioned, but foolish. I mean, when I contacted him to let him know that my order was missing 1 item, i received this e-mail from him...
'tv archives 3 dont exist revise your response"
Great, 'my response'? No, how about your response? After all i've just told you that my order is short.
His feedback is good so i'm not sure why i'm suffering this. Buyer beware."
Is this review helpful?
