The DVD comes in a snap-tight plastic case with a photo-quality full color insert depicting stills from the production as well as pertinent information. The disc itself has a photo face, not a label!
The DVD comes in a snap-tight plastic case with a photo-quality full color insert depicting stills from the production as well as pertinent information. The disc itself has a photo label. Miniseries come as a dual-disc set, but contain the same style of presentation as TV films.
All films are presented in the DVD-R format (NTSC, North America, Region 1). This is a more universally acceptable format but please make sure that your DVD player and/or computer DVD drive can accommodate this type of disc. If you are unsure whether or not you can utilize this type of disc, please check with your owner’s manual or go to the manufacturer’s website for more information. There will be NO REFUNDS given for player incompatibility.
Due to the (sadly) increasingly easy ability to copy these discs ALL SALES ARE FINAL, however any defective disc will be immediately—and cheerfully—replaced upon return (within 14 days of receipt by buyer).
I am not a big business—there are just three of us . . . me, myself & I. Please be patient as your order is treated with concern and care. The DVDs are not computer-generated and are done one at a time (not at “high speed”) and then quality-checked. If a bad disc gets by me (and they occasionally do) then, as stated before, it will be cheerfully replaced—naturally!
PAYMENT —
While PayPal is my preferred method for being paid, payment can be made is several ways: Money Orders (USPS-issued only, the green ones); Western Union; and PayPal™ — there is a 2.9% + 30¢ fee for this for PayPal, based on the total charges (merchandise and shipping) within the United States—international buyers will be 3.9% + 30¢ fee of the total charges. I do not receive this amount as it goes directly to PayPal for their financial & brokerage services. I believe that this is a very reasonable fee for the safety and ease of using any major credit card (or debit card and/or bank account) through them. I also accept PayPal E-checks, however there is a 5-7 day waiting period for clearance. I ship within 48 hours of receipt of verified funds.
SALES TAX —
Applicable sales tax of 8.25% will be applied to all purchases (not including shipping) shipped to address within the state of California.
SHIPPING —
1-5 titles = $7.00 USPS Priority Mail (approximately 2-3 days); 1 title = $5.00 First Class Mail (approximately 3-5 days). If you choose the Priority Mail then up to TEN (10) titles will be just $5.75 EXTRA! Wow!! Insurance is included with the base cost — it is mandatory so please do not request a price without it. It’s for your safety as well as mine.
If you would like to have your shipping via FedEx Ground, then this can easily be arranged. Please contact me for further details and pricing.
International buyers, 1 title = $5.00 International Air Post (approximately 7-10 business days but this is not insured). Please contact me for further options (ie: registered) and combined shipping.
QUALITY —
The “pedigree” of these titles is from various sources but most are within the “8-9/10" range. All titles are commercial-free. However, even a “9" can have flaws (nothing is perfect). If you are unsure of a certain title, please contact me in advance of purchase as there are no returns for remorseful buyers. I do want you to be happy with your purchase!
