Vintage Pre-1930's Advertising Bottle Opener

This is a vintage, advertising bottle opener. The reason's I suspect it is pre-1930's are:
**The telephone number given on the opener is a four digit number. Research indicates that letter prefixes were not added to phone numbers until sometime in the 1920's.
**The opener advertises "Frozen Food Supplies". Frozen foods were invented by Clarence Birdseye in 1923.
Now, to the particulars:
This bottle opener measures just over 4" in length. The handle is an ivory colored plastic, the opener end is metal. It is labeled:

The patina is shiny, the lettering clear and the metal opener end is tightly held in the handle. The metal, however, does have some spots surface rust. A great, collectible item! Postage of $3.25 within the USA.

I obtain my items from a variety of sources. I try to describe them fully, but I'm not an expert. Vintage or retro means they are not necessarily perfect! Please ask any questions before bidding/buying. Clothing is either washed or freshened in the dryer but I cannot verify they came from a smoke/perfume/pet-free environment.
