The oil of this nut contains 77% of polyunsaturated fat, 43% of linoleic acid and 33% of linolenic acid.

The tree is grown in home gardens, naturalized or cultivated in Malagasy, Sri Lanka, southern India, Bangladesh, Brazil, West Indies, and Gulf Coast of United States. Native to Malaysia, Polynesia, Malay Peninsula, Philippines and South Seas Islands; now widely distributed in tropics.

DIRECTIONS:  

Take a quarter of the seed before going to bed, let it boil in one glass of water for 3-5 minutes then drink the water together with the seed. It is recommended to start the treatment with the eight part of the seed for the first week, for a better assimilation and adaptation in the organism. Avoid alcohol during the treatment (if you plan to consume alcohol, suspend the seed and continue with the treatment the next day at night). Avoid fat food and greasy meals, do not consume hot pepper, sour and highly fermented products: also candies and chocolates. Drink at least two litters of water and one banana daily. Complex B is also recommended.
