Refunds/ Lost Items
There have been very very few instances where packages have gone missing. If you want to be assured of the item arriving in your hands, shipping the item by registered post will cost extra.(Pls email for cost of registered mail.)

Without sending by registered post, arrival of the item is at buyer's risk. Re-shipments/ replacements or refunds will be given on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for lost items without registered post, will not be given for more than 50% of the total bid price + s/h.
