General terms:
Please do not assume anything. If it is not mentioned or not pictured then it is not included. Not listed accessories are not included: software CD's, manuals, cables, batteries, AC adapters etc.
After you purchased the item through eBay your payment is due within 3 days. If no payment and we received no communication from you we reserve the right to relist the item. If you purchased the item through eBay, please do not ask us just to cancel the order. If you changed your mind or for whatever the reason are not going to pay after purchase you are required to pay fee - 5% of your winning bid, in case of Featured Plus! listing $19.95+5% of your winning bid. This fee is intended to cover our expenses and time spent on the auction and relisting the item.
Payments:
We accept PayPal payments with confirmed addresses ONLY. Personal checks are subject to clear before shipping (usually 7-10 days, up to 15 days).
Shipping:
Stated shipping is for 48 lower USA states only. Contact us for worldwide shipping quote. We will not ship to PO BOX addresses. We ship to PayPal confirmed address in your payment ONLY. Please do not ask to ship somewhere else. This is to protect you and us from Credit Card fraud. If you send Money Order or Cashiers Check then we can ship to any address you want. Shipping price is not negotiable and is not refundable.
Local Pickups:
Local pickups are available but not for all items and are subject to pickup fees (contact us). Cash payments are required. IL sales tax will be charged.
Warranty:
Warranty is usually stated in the description. If item stated AS-IS or not tested then we provide no any kind of warranty, only to be as described. Software is not covered by any warranty. Batteries are always sold with no warranty, we may state condition just for your information. On some items you can purchase additional warranty through SquareTrade.com, which is highly recommended (look for SquareTrade banner in our listings).
Returns:
All sales are final, no returns. DOA items or items "not as described" will be fixed/replaced and shipped back to you or refunded at our discretion. Refund/replacement will be sent only after we receive your item back.  Buyer is responsible for paying shipping back to us. In some rare cases we may accept returns but they are subject to restocking fee 20% of your winning bid. S/H charges will not be refunded.
Feedback:
Our system leaves feedback after we receive positive feedback from you. Before leaving negative or neutral feedback please contact us to resolve any problems. If you leave feedback other than positive we cancel all warranties for your items.
